Cancellations
By reserving in advance you guarantee availability of a vehicle for your event. You can cancel without any charges 7 days prior to the time of your reservation.
If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, but more than 4 hours before the beginning of your reservation, we reserve the right to charge you 50% percent of the total due for your reservation. As a courtesy, upon your request, this 50% percent charge will be converted to a gift certificate good for one year from the date of the reservation.
For cancellations within 4 hours of the time of your reservation we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the reservation. As a courtesy, upon request, this charge will be converted to a gift certificate good for one year from the date of the reservation.

All advance reservations occurring on either a Friday or a Saturday, must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the reservation date. Payment Terms
ITC will process the charges for the services reserved prior to the reserved services. Any fees for additional time, services, incidentals, cleaning fees or damages incurred shall be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation after the service is complete. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Chauffeurs cannot accept cash for services or the physical presentation of payment cards.
You authorize charges to the credit card on file or submitted for: any damages to the interior of the vehicle by your or anyone accompanying you; additional charges for wait time or additional service time beyond what was reserved; cleanup involving any body fluids, spills or damage to any surface; any vehicle components broken by you or people accompanying you, vehicle contents broken or removed from the interior of the vehicle during your ride (other than consumables such as complimentary beverages and the containers the beverages were provided in. You are responsible for broken, lost or stolen glassware. If the vehicle is out of service because of damage or loss caused by you and/or people accompanying you we reserve the right to charge your card up to an additional $500.00 for the out-of service time caused by the loss or damage.
If you change, cancel or your credit card cannot accept the charge for the services reserved between the date of the reservation authorization and the date of the service, you must transmit the updated payment information to ITC no later than twenty-four hours prior to reservation time. If the service is provided prior to receiving the updated payment information, payment is considered due and payable at the time service is concluded and considered past-due twelve hours after the services are completed. Any past-due payments shall be subject to immediate collections actions, including civil action, where by receiving services, client accepts jurisdiction of Idaho Fourth Judicial District Court to resolve any payment disputes.
Pricing
Pricing and rates for our services are set forth on idahotowncar.com. Once you have made a reservation and we have confirmed the reservation via email, text or verbally on the phone, you will be guaranteed that rate, with the exception of time, location, and vehicle changes made at your discretion.
Stated rates for a given itinerary may be more or less than published rates because of a variety of considerations including proximity or timing efficiencies. Stated rates are for a model itinerary and are confirmed in by an email and/or text communication. Any service not confirmed with an email and/or text does not guarantee the specific charge for the service. charged at the published rate for the service.
The stated rate for any reservation for a specific itinerary booked and confirmed, shall be applicable only to that specific itinerary. If the itinerary changes in advance of the ride, an updated stated rate will be confirmed. If the itinerary changes during the reservation, additional stops, extended travel distances, and additional time will be billed at the published rate for the additional service. Any additional services such as goods requested by you will be billed at actual cost plus whatever additional service fee that is quoted at the time of the request for additional services.
Posted rates are starting rates based on pickup and drop off locations in Ada County, Idaho unless otherwise indicated. A minimum of one-half hour of published rate time is charged for pickup and drop off outside of Ada County. Other pickup and drop off locations outside of Boise, ID will be quoted accordingly. Please contact us for quotes specific to your needs.
Gratuities
Our quoted rates DO Not include a gratuity of the chauffeur. You can authorize a gratuity to be added to your invoice prior to, during and after the service. The total of your service fee and gratuity an be charged to your card on file simultaneously or separately.
Substitute Vehicle
We reserve the right to substitute an equal or more valuable vehicle than the vehicle you’ve reserved. We will contact you to approve the substitute vehicle and if we do not obtain your agreement for the substitute vehicle, you may cancel the engagement with no charge to you.
Waiting Time Charges
The quoted rate is for a ride is based on departure from the origin location within 15 minutes of arrival at the origin location. Waiting time charges shall begin 15 minutes after the scheduled departure and shall be charged at the published hourly rate for the vehicle, in addition to the quoted rate for the ride. Any quoted rides that include stops en-route to a destination will be served based on the duration of the stops included in the quotation. Stops extending 15 minutes beyond the quoted stop time shall then be charged at the hourly rate of each vehicle at 15 minute intervals. Wait time charges shall apply to airport arrivals 20 minutes after flightaware.com shows that the inbound flight has arrived at the airport where we are dispatched to meet you.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for the conduct of each person accompanying you. You and those accompanying you need to behave in a polite and socially responsible manner. You must assure that the actions and behavior of you and your companions at all times are compliant with all laws, do not result in insult, injury or damage to any other person or property of another and/or property loss to TIC. SPECIFICALLY: You and your and guests shall not use the vehicle in a disorderly manner, for unlawful purposes or in any manner that would constitute a breach of peace in accordance with local, state and federal law. Any deviations from the standard of polite and socially responsible conduct may result in you and/or your companions being asked to depart the vehicle and/or being removed from the vehicle. You are responsible for any and all costs of repair, related expenses resulting from such removal or termination of the ride. If you and/or your companions are removed from the vehicle ITC at its sole discretion may charge for the entire service reserved or modify the charges. ITC does not sanction or condone the consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal drinking age or the use of any illegal drug while in the vehicle or around the vehicle. Because it is difficult or impracticable to determine the age and status of you and your companions on the ride and who is providing whatever beverages and/or substances to anyone on the ride or you encounter while being transported by ITC, ITC cannot control the consumption and provision of any beverage and/or substance while in or around the vehicle or during the engagement. Specifically ITC WILL NOT tolerate smoking or the use of any smoking and/or vaping products in any vehicle. ITC WILL NOT tolerate the presence and/or consumption of any Schedule 1 and/or 2 substance set forth in 21 U.S. Code § 812. Any substance that is either illegal to possess or consume in Idaho is prohibited in or around any ITC vehicle at any time. The chauffeur has the right to, but no specific duty to, require any passenger in the vehicle to either leave the vehicle and/or dispose of any prohibited substance before re-entering the vehicle. The chauffeur may also request law enforcement assistance. ITC has the right to terminate any reservation for non-compliance of any one of these terms. Any funds received by ITC prior to such termination shall be non-refundable.
