Online reservations requests are responded to with one hour during telephone reservations and customer service hours.

On-line reservations received after 9:00 pm will be responded to by 8:00 am the following day.

After-hours reservations requests are accepted on an as-available basis.

In the unlikely event that we fail to show up for an event—a situation that has yet to occur in our company's history—we will issue a full refund. Additionally, if your event runs over the allotted time, we will inform you of any additional costs in advance of charging them to ensure transparency and fairness.
