Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Idaho Towncar. We strive for a fabulous experience. There are many reasons that things can go wrong. Our vintage cars are vintage and that means old and that means they can break down. If they do, we will send a backup. If you feel that we failed you, please call us immediately at (208) 871-6900. If we did not meet our promise of showing up with a clean and beautiful car—and a driver—please let us know and we will address this. We will issue a full refund if we fail to show up for an event (this has never happened but there could be a first…) If you run over time we will let you know what the additional costs are–before we charge them.

Cancellations

Idaho Town Car requires a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellations to qualify for a refund. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
